“Q” has concentrated on his performance titles in 2016-2017. In 2015, “Q” was honored as ARTA's NATIONAL BEST OF BREED. Later, Q went on to win the TOP TEN BEST of BREED at UKC’s Premier. Q made the Top Ten Finals and was honored with SIXTH place in TOP TEN of the TOP TEN. Q also was named as a TOTAL DOG from his accomplishments, not only in the conformation ring but in the performance ring as well! Rat Terriers were accepted into AKC full status June 1, 2013. Q was the #5 Rat Terrier in the US to obtain his AKC Champion title and was honored at the inaugural Westminster in NYC. At such a young age "Q" has had a phenomenal show career.
Q earned his UKC Champion title as a puppy the first weekend he was shown. Q won the American Rat Terrier Association’s National Specialty Champion of Champions honor his second show weekend in the ring and went on that weekend to complete his Grand Championship. At his first AKC show, Q won three Best in Miscellaneous. Q earned his UKC URO1 in Rally-Obedience and his AKC Rally Novice titles, all with placements, as well as 3 UKC Total Dog awards for 2011. Q ranked nationally as the # 3 UKC Top Ten Rat Terrier having won 44 Best of Breed honors. Q was also honored with multiple Best in Multi-Breed Show wins and Reserve Best in Multi-Breed Show wins. Q won the AKC EUKANUBA Best of Breed the first year Rat Terriers were invited to compete.
