Deception Pass, Vancouver, WA Darice & Lynn The water color was breath taking! Why it is called Deception Pass... Lagoon part of the Pass. View from the bridge over the Pass. We could see Seals playing in the water below. Beautiful views in all directions from the bridge. Eagle on a cliff above the Pass. View toward the mountains (Mt. Baker and others) I think these were longhorn oxen we spotted in a pasture.
