Cat Genset
Install of a 2005 Cat, 20KW Diesel Genset at Moosecreek.  Genset has 60.3 hours of exercise time.  She had never seen a grid failure when I bought  it.

750 gallon fuel tank will be moved, new opening in wall next to gas heater.

Gas heater keeps Power House at 70 degrees all winter for easy/quick starts.
