London Calling! Since most of the US based staff on this project (I'm working in Holland for all you people who don't keep up on my life) missed the US Holiday Party, we opted to hop over to London for the weekend and crash the UK Holiday Party, and take in some sights. 1 Abbey Road Crossing Same place as the cover to the Beatles album, 40 years ago... 2 Abbey Road Studios Where the Beatles recorded alot of their music.  Still a recording studio. 3 Big Ben Actually, Big Ben is the bell inside this tower. 4 Tower Of London This castle is HUGE.  Lots of history here.  Too much to write in this small box. 5 Westminister Abbey Cool building. 6 The Cutty Sark Some kind of famous ship from the past.  We were more interested in eating and drinking at the Cutty Sark Tavern around the corner. 7 Harrod's This incredibly large store in KnightsBridge was PACKED.  See if you can find Herb and Pat in the food court. 8 The Prime Meridian So, I guess this is where the world ends?  Begins? 9 Battersea Park Entertainment Our Holiday Party was at Battersea Park.  The theme was something about Timbuktu, so there was a show in line with that. 10 What are you looking at? Our company (Navis) had three tables, but there were about 100 altogether. 12 Watching the show There was some more entertainment on the main stage. 13 Navis Group Shot We posed for the group shot. 14 Hurrah!
