Obviuosly Madison has been in good hands.  She will be so thrilled to meet her big brother Ethan. Best of everything, to all of you! Such a blessing!

We worked all day yesterday trying to get into the video.  Not a success!!  Was happy to see the picture of your precious new baby.  What a lovely little one!!  I'm quite anxious to see all of you.  Have a very relaxing trip home.

Daddy gave Madison a bath by himself for the first time last night. I could hear her crying as he washed her hair. She doesn't like it, but as soon as she comes out, she's back to her old happy self.
"Good job Chris. She looks..."

Alexa, our facilitator; Kitty, the assistant director, holding Madison; and Mr. Chen, the director. They were all very friendly and even allowed us to videotape some of the children and also the caregivers holding Madison.

This caregiver seemed to be able to get Madison's attention and make her laugh.

Here's the whole group of caregivers. This is a fairly small orphanage, but was very clean and all the babies were pretty happy. We were able to sit on the floor and talk to the babies and even got a hug from one little boy.

The orphanage was on the second floor above a bookstore. It was very difficult for the driver to find, which actually makes it a little more secure.

Here's Madison with the caregiver who made her smile. The women all surrounded her and immediately began putting medicine on the small heat rash she has on her face and arms. They were very concerned until we told them it only comes out when she's outside in the heat.

The top balcony in this picture had alot of laundry hanging out to dry, most of it little clothes for the babies. From what we have seen, almost everyone hangs the laundry out to dry.

The door to the orphanage from the street. The orphanage is right in the middle of the Qingxin, a city of about 1 million people, which is considered a small city here.
