1 That is Raegan in the back. This picture was taken on May 4th at her orphanage. Another woman had requested a photo of the girl in the front because her travel to pick that girl up was delayed by a broken ankle (the mother's, not the child's). Raegan "just happened" to be in the picture, too. Now we have a more up-to-date photo. She looks like she has grown if you compare her feet in this one to where her feet are in the other pictures.

4 Here is a picture an online friend shared of the day she got her little girl from the same orphanage that Raegan is in, Hengyang Social Welfare Institute. All of these kids were from there. Don't you love the little green and yellow outfits (NOT!). I think they look like prisoner outfits. UGH :) This is probably the same room we will meet Raegan in.
5 This is a finding ad. They place these in the paper to see if anyone claims the babies. Unfortunately, this is not Raegan's. These children were all found right after her. 6 I don't know if you can open a PDF file or not, but if you can, be sure and zoom so you can read it. This is the letter of intent and also the application letter we wrote so that we could ask for Raegan. The application letter is general, the letter of intent is specific because we had already identified a child.
