rainy rescue
a strong storm blew quickly through Arlington, VA, bouncing the scaffolding of the window washers on the building across the highway, probably 150  yards away.  As the strong winds hit, plastic chairs were sucked into the air and landed 14 stories below. The driving rain & wind caused the scaffold to hook on an iron railing, pulling it partly loose, and trapping the crew on the scaffold, then on a balcony.  As the storm eased, another crew pulled their scaffold up to tie the railing down, and get the crew.
