2 Bebop had wrapped her leash around one of the mimosa trees. When I went to untangle her, I saw this butterfly. I watched it for a while and it never moved, so I went and got the camera. Pictures are where you find them.
3 Sandy was sitting on the deck watching this hummingbird go to and from the feeder when I suggested she try to shoot some pictures of it. And she got these great shots! Nikon 70~300 zoom lens at near max magnification.
4 They are a little noisy as they were shot at ISO 800 and were in shade. This shot being darker than the other reveals a bit more of the noise. As I remember, the camera was set up at F8 at 350th of a sec to partially capture the wing movment (see previous picture).
