D&E Animal Whiskers
2. D&E Animal Whiskers

So Far only two types of whiskers are known to be D&E.

The first type shown here was used not only on the cats. It was also used as the head feathers of the peacock and road runners. It was also used as the toes of the little turtle and also decorating other D&E items and I don't currently have photos of any of them but I have seen them.  However these seem to be something that was purchased by D&E and not made in house so finding them does not confirm something is D&E, notice the cat belt shown as a NDE item.

The second type is shown on the bunny rabbit.  It is a heavier twisted metal and almost looks cast.  I am not sure yet if this was something made in house or purchased so until known for sure do not use it as a for sure means of identifying something as D&E.
