Here is a selection of D&E clamper bracelets.  

There are no side hinged bracelets that do not have etching on them.  D&E  side hinged bracelets always have etching.  Now not all side hinged etched bracelet are D&E but non-etched side hinged are for sure not D&E.

All D&E hinged bracelets frames meet evenly.  If a bracelet does not meet evenly it is not D&E.

All D&E hinged bracelets the frames are made out of square wire.  If yours has round wire it is not D&E.

D&E always closed the linkages of their bracelet in the front of the bracelet and covered the seam with rhinestone(s).  The non D&E bracelet close in the back of the bracelet.  

So if you ever see a 5 link with the linkage closing in the back of the bracelet, it is NOT D&E.

Also if the linkage is not closed and you see a rivet, that is also not D&E

There are two more very unusual flat bracelets.  One with a fold over clasp, and one with a push in clasp  Unfortunately I don't have photos of either.  

The fold over clasp bracelet has small florettes on the front and is very very similar to a bracelet that is not D&E.

The push in clasp bracelet is skip chain and is very very unusual for D&E.
