We had a wonderful get together at Homer Martin Ranch. We all got there Friday. Kerri and Jim - Sheila, Robert and Brianna - Kayla and her boys, Davy, Matt and Robby - Shari, Kenny and their boys, Justin and Kevin, Patrick and our friends Marcus and Sharon with their girls Jenna and Sara who brought their friend Ellie.
We had BBQ for dinner Friday night and went to the river early Saturday morning with the first wave heading down at 6 AM. The rest of us girls - except Shari, who had to monitor all that testosterone, headed down around 7:30 AM. We spent most of the day at the river either fishing or playing in the water. There were a few nice deeper places to swim and fun was had by all.
We had a pot luck dinner with way toooooo much food. I think next time we go we'll have each family provide one meal rather everyone having to bring all their food from home. We had a whole lot of food left over.
We had a big delicious breakfast - cooked by Robert and Jim on Sunday morning. We all had a great time and hopefully we can do this again sometime soon.
