1 My Mom c. 1945 - she just arrived in the US from England after serving as an ambulance driver in the Women's Auxiliary Air Force (WAAF). On her way to get married to my Dad, who was a WWII bomber pilot. Somewhere in CA near the Mexican border.

7 MADE IN FRANCE - 13" CHOKER: 6 detailed enamelled cherubs hold up the massive 1/2" crystal pastes.The cherubs seem to be floating as they place the stars (rs) amongst the clouds (pearl).
The crimped settings, the fantasy theme and "Made In France" mark, make me think that perhaps Marie Antoinette would have sported such a bauble.

CIS wannabe -MADE IN FRANCE - 13" CHOKER: 6 detailed enamelled cherubs hold up the massive 1/2" crystal pastes.The cherubs seem to be floating as they place the stars (rs) amongst the clouds (pearl).
The crimped settings, the fantasy theme and "Made In France" mark, without a signature could all this be possibly be indicative of an early CIS creation. Any input would be greatly appreciated
