This was a perfect hunt for caller season. We had a blast. There was a slight ground fog and a cool morning. We shot around 16 geese on the first flock that came off their roost. We only hunted till around 8:30 that morning. The guide had 3 other hunts that week and he didn't want to spook them too much. We didn't mind. With over 40 geese in our bag, we had our thrill for the day.
