Once we finished Statue of Liberty and Ellis Island we had pretty much covered everything and so we set out to see some of the landmarks that we had postponed to see at the end.

enlarge 111KB, 600x800 18 Happy New Year @ the Big Apple - Our New Year per se was celebrated at Laguardia Airport with only the 2 of us, literally the 2 of us. Then we slept and woke up next morning to catch our flight at 6 am. In some ways I feel it was a nice way of spending the New Year's and we came back home and watched the crystal ball drop on the net and that completed our journey to the Empire State. Thats it folks!
