Pelican resting on top of one of the columns at English Harbour. This picture was taken while having lunch at the Admiral Inn at Nelson's Dockyard.
Cow grazing in one of the fields somewhere near Dark Wood Beach on the western part of the island.
We ran into this dog that we called "Sniff" at the Jolly Harbour shopping center.
This is 'James'. He is one of the cats we met at Fort James. He and his buddy 'Jamie' are the best of buds. As you can tell, we name the animals we meet in the islands. =)
James playing with the hanging fringe from my bag. He was a playful kitty.
'Jamie' is James' best bud. She is a very sweet kitty. She & James hang out behind Russell's restaurant.
See how sweet Jamie is? She let me give her lots of luvies. I was missing my own kitties so much and did not get a chance to meet many cats during this trip. We did see 'Pineapple' whom we met in 2003, by the Antigua Village office. We didn't have our camera with us that day. We also found out her real name is Ms. Squeekie.
My favorite cat of them all... Runway at the VC Bird Airport. I was so delighted to see him again!
As you can see, Runway is just as sweet as ever. I will always look forward to seeing him at the airport.
Runway snoozing after filling up on his yummy cat food that the nice lady with the store cart leaves for him. You can see he is one well-fed and contented kitty!
