3-17-06 We leave for Paris tomorrow! The group contains 40 students and adults, so we should have a blast. I will try to post pics and update this album from France and Italy, if we can find internet access during the trip. Check back for updates.
3-20-06 Flight great. 1st day Louvre and dinner, 2d day Paris bus tour, shopping near Paris Opera House.
3-22-06 uploading from Monaco: Paris, metro (subway), night boat ride on River Seinne, to top of Eiffel tower, Versailles, dinner underground, TGV (hi speed train) 200 mph to Nice, mountain hotel. Monaco today, more later.
3-24-06 Posting from Florence today. Monaco, hotel Bauo near Nice, Eze perfume factory tour, yesterday bus ride to Pisa down beautiful Mediterranean coast, then on to Florence. Today walking tour Old Florence, too many awesome buildings, sculpture and art to list. This afternoon on to Siena, back here tonight, cool hotel in center of Florence, very European!
3-27-06 Home now, no computer access the last few days. Lots of pics posted, here's a quick description: more Monaco and Nice pics, then on to Florence and our walking tour around old artworks and buildings, including famous Ponte Vecchio bridge, Duomo cathedral, art and sculptures. Siena was an ancient walled town 1/2 hour away, followed by Assisi the next day, then head for Rome. Rome was a whirlwind, including the Vatican museum, Sistine Chapel, St. Peter's Basilica and Cathedral, St. Peter's Square where we were squashed in with thousands of Sunday morning worshippers and got to hear an address by the Pope, then on to the Rome Metro and Coliseum, the Forum, and many other ruins and ancient buildings, all during the Rome Marathon. Then on to Trevi Fountain to end the day in town, and back to hotel for supper. Monday a.m. was get up early and fly home!

It seems like you are having a wonderful trip! Some of these pictures are professional quality!! Love that one of the Eiffel Tower at night.
