TAL National Commander James E. Koutz on a tour of Posts in the Commonwealth of Virginia. This tour will span April 1st thru April 4th and he will visit a number of posts in the Northern, Eastern and Western Region. In addition to American Legion Posts, the National Commander accompanied by The Department Commander Kelley, Department Adjutant Chapman, National Executive Committeeman Lussier and the Regional Vice Commander will also visit the National D-Day memorial in Bedford, Virginia and the VA War Museum in Newport News.
