Descriptionwe cut the floor out of the upper bedroom  and found the the heating contractor forgot to bring the insulation and vapor retarder back to the intersection of of the sprayed foam rim joist insulation.

This pipe is the intake to the Lifebreathe HRV.

Simple fix, to a missed detail.  Note the frost build up on the pipe collar
