Step one is a "blizzard day" home from work. This step is optional if your weather is uncooperative.
Rescued shelving, was headed for a dumpster. 8' long x 18" tall
Measure to place and then drill holes
Use the hole cut-outs to support the thin pipe in a vise while cutting it.
Clean the edges of the pipe after cutting - I used and X-acto knife for the inside and a belt sander for the outsides (which also helped square-up my cutting)
The 4 1/8 hole cutter was perfect for the first 3 or 4 holes and then it wore enough that I had to use the wood shaper in the drill to open up the holes a little bit. The holes were just big enough that they had to be pounded in with the rubber hammer.
One of three finished pigeon hole board - the pipes aren't removable in this board as it was meant to be semi-portable, mainly for storage and not travel.
The "T" for holding the scent in place - need to put a bottom in it and then we'll start on the next board.
