Step one is a "blizzard day" home from work.  This step is optional if your weather is uncooperative.

Measure to place and then drill holes

Use the hole cut-outs to support the thin pipe in a vise while cutting it.

Clean the edges of the pipe after cutting - I used and X-acto knife for the inside and a belt sander for the outsides (which also helped square-up my cutting)

The 4 1/8 hole cutter was perfect for the first 3 or 4 holes and then it wore enough that I had to use the wood shaper in the drill to open up the holes a little bit.  The holes were just big enough that they had to be pounded in with the rubber hammer.

One of three finished pigeon hole board - the pipes aren't removable in this board as it was meant to be semi-portable, mainly for storage and not travel.

The "T" for holding the scent in place - need to put a bottom in it and then we'll start on the next board.
