I keep track of all orders. I'll sometimes have several orders at once and with some items on back order, it gets confusing. When a package arrives, I review the packing slip and take inventory. I always know what I received and what is still on order. The builders log book gives a section to record expenses. I log only items that will go on or into the plane. I save all receipts.
