46 The Big Disappointment! These 6 photos taken outside Brisbane International Airport illustrate all we saw of Brisbane. What was supposed to be a half-day tour of Brisbane ended up being a few minutes in the carpark.
| 47 Overhead Railway Someone asked why I photographed this, well I knew I wasn't going to see much more of Brisbane.
| 48 Train passes Overhead We couldn't even have a train ride to the Domestic Terminal.
|
49 Passengers leaving Airport I booked and paid for a 9-day holiday which included a half-day tour of Brisbane. In hindsight it would have been better to have chosen the cheaper option of an 8-day tour and I would have seen just as much.
| 50 Our Fate is Decided There will be no tour of Brisbane and we will board the chartered Bus for the 5 min trip to the Domestic Terminal.
| 51 Brisbane Domestic Airport The windows on the chartered Bus were so heavily tinted that even a few pics through the window en route were impossible.
