Build journal of the TORCH4 enclosed motorcycle. Flying at zero altitude! All the other projects which I have seen, the pilot straddles the front wheel. That makes the bike "fat". This project is focused on a slim outline. The target is to have an CW 70% less than the stock donor bike.
