I believe this is a new Trifari dangle. It is a crown with a copyright sign in the middle in a ring with the name Trifari engraved on the ring.

Note the special design on the back of the dangle of this signed Trifari patented necklace, patent 170,229 from 1953. This design has also been seen on the back of single cup dangles on Trifari pieces from this time period.
