"Pool Potty"
An ex pen inside a childs plastic wading pool from WalMart.
We use cedar shavings for the potty material, but of course, puppy litter works just as well.

This particular ex pen has panels that are 18 inches wide and 24 inches tall.
The 18 inch panels enable a better fit than an ex pen with 24 inch wide panels.
These pens can be ordered at:

Plastic carpet runner from Home Depot or Lowes is used as a wind break. It's held in place with clamps from Home Depot

(we've dedided that the plastic ties work better)

4 1/4 inch clamp to hold the plastic runner in place.

My little ones don't like to brave the wet & cold. Great idea!
