The SG has remained a RocknRoll standard for over 40 years. This rare SG variant is an Excellent original example of one of Gibson’s best. A rare SG with a 25.5” (Fender Stratocaster, Telecaster style) scale length This guitar is in 8.5/10 condition showing typical wear. There are no breaks or repairs and the hardware is all original. There are a few dents in the clear coat only on the neck and body.
The guitar is Feather weight coming in at 6.7 lbs. All parts and electronics 100% original (original solder joints). The control panel cover is missing… Original MOTS pickguard
The guitar plays great and the original frets and nut are in good shape. The neck is straight and the action low. The tone is very powerful and punchy. The neck has medium taper profile getting even thicker at the 12th fret. The original frets are nice with plenty of life left.
