The slight refraction or flourescence that can be observed in the cloudy area hanging just above the trees indicates that this is chemtrail fallout, a cloud of particulates mixed with Ethylene Dibromide. Needless to say if you see something like this happening you should run like hell and get out of the area. Ethylene Dibromide is highly toxic, even at low doses.
