This is a 1979 promo for a New York City card show promoted by the ASCCA (American Sports Card Collectors Association). Early card shows were run by card clubs, usually on a holiday weekend, and cards were frequently made as promos. Since I used to attend ASCCA shows, this card was a real blast from the past.
