She's drilling a hole in part of a metal hinge. We are using a #14 drill bit and then using a reamer to make an exact 3/16" round hole.

We glued the first gusset onto the first rib!

Chris made a slot for the last hinge. Since the cutter doesn't go all the way through, we've been using a 1/16" drill bit to finish it off.

We already had glued the doubler on. We don't want to cut it, so the drill is riding on rails so it cuts only to the bottom and not into the doubler.
