101 She's drilling a hole in part of a metal hinge. We are using a #14 drill bit and then using a reamer to make an exact 3/16" round hole.

194 We glued the first gusset onto the first rib!
195 Chris made a slot for the last hinge. Since the cutter doesn't go all the way through, we've been using a 1/16" drill bit to finish it off.
196 We already had glued the doubler on. We don't want to cut it, so the drill is riding on rails so it cuts only to the bottom and not into the doubler.

202 December 30th. First side of first rib was glued and now making holes in the hinges and making gusset's for the horizontal stabilizer.
