Schlick's 2008 Car show
On October 18, 2008 Jim Schlick had his fall Car Show at his home in Bloomington,IN.
This Year's show was in memory of his wife Pam, who passed away last Dec. I made the trip in my 75 504 again this year. As you can see from the pictures, there was many very interesting cars on display. We all had a great time, Lots of car looking and car talk, Not to mention the nice fall weather, great food and great people.
And then the "Schlick Peugeot Collection" That we all admire.

Just got to look at the slides of your October car show. Bet you didn't realize I celebrated? my 51st on that day. Anyway, I have to say the pick up truck was my favorite by far. Reminded me of the first pick up Daddy bought when we moved to the farm in Dewey, OK. On the way home and Herb you can verify this story, I believe that he discovered it had no brakes. He seemed so sensible normally. Hmmm.

Great cars, great weather, must have been lots of fun, good to see so many old Peugeots in one place. Best wishes from Germany!

Nice collection, having seen them at the Carlisle Shows they are really spectacular to see. Wish my 504 could be driven for many hours to attend.

Quite an interesting vehicle, isn't it? This is John's homemade 3-wheeler which has a Renault LeCar powertrain.

The 'cockpit' is quite a tight fit for most of us, including John :-)

John's 3-wheeler during a quiet moment. Needless-to-say, it got quite a bit of attention throughout the day.
