Riverside and Hazeltine (July 22, 2014)| North side might difficult to deal with. Trader Joes would have to have access on the corner and people traveling westbound on Riverside don't have a great option to get through if they want to turn north on Hazeltine. But Sunkist on the SW corner should be empty on a Saturday and the mall has several entrance points. |
