L.E. Myers Company Dodge Power Wagons
L.E. Myers Company of Chicago, Illinois "Construction of Electrical Utilities Since 1891" and still in business today.  Started by Lewis Edward Myers, an electrician who worked for Thomas Edison.  In the last few years of domestic sale of the Dodge Power Wagon (1965-68) L.E. Myers purchased a large fleet of trucks painted entirely orange and outfitted with a variety of beds and utility bodies.  These later trucks have many safety features not found on earlier models including seat belts, padded dash, dual vacuum brake boosters, and Mopar Jiffy-Jet windshield washers.  Sold!
