NEWPORT HARBOR ON A SUMMER DAY
Although I have been in Newport Beach, CA many times, and drive the Pacific Coast Highway along the waters of the bay, a view of the bay from a boat opens up an entirely new vista, as though seen for the first time.
The morning was slightly overcast on the way to the back bay, on the inland side of Pacific Coast Hwy, then changed to sunny, warm and bright by lunch time.
The images are in the order shot, and clearly show the effects of the changed light conditions from morning to mid-day, and on the return trip from 3 to 4 p.m.
