Brief views of recently completed Memorials for the 1st Marine Regiment, and the 5th Marine Regiment, two Regiments of the 1st Marine Division.
The 1st Marines Memorial is located in the Regimental Chapel at Camp Horno, while the 5th Marines Memorial is located near the Regimental Hq. at Camp San Mateo.
Both Camps are located within the Camp Pendleton Marine Base.

6 The 5th Marine Regiments's Memorial is located at Camp San Mateo. The entrance is marked by a rope which represents the Fourragere awarded to the regiment by the French government in World War I.
