Day 3: Lyman Lake to Image Lake Online Caltopo Map for Day 3 is HERE
On Day 3 the weather turned cloudy and cold making the day seem much longer and harder than it would have if under sunny skies. Still the views from Cloudy Pass and along Miner's Ridge are some of the best in the Cascades even though Glacier Peak was hidden in the clouds. Still this was the day with the second highest elevation gain on the trip but all of it was on good trails.
