The insignia of the USS Tanner AGS-15. This was my ship following my Vietnam tours. This ship had quite a history, it was in Tokyo Harbor in 1945 (as the USS Pamina AKA-34) when the Japanese signed the peace accord. As the Tanner (AGS-15)she was harassed by the Russians in 1962 off Cuba. She was a Geodetic Survey Vessel.
