Amber/Wyatt Summer 2009

We will occasionally have a litter of puppies when we feel we have an excellent cross that will produce the Rat Terriers we envision. Our goals are to produce Rat Terriers that combine health, proper structure and temperament, intelligence, and ability to "Do It ALL": conformation, agility, obedience, hunting, companionship, etc.

This is the only litter we have planned in 2009. We are currently taking reservations for puppies. Please email us at ktratranch@yahoo.com if you would like to discuss these puppies, or Rat Terriers in general. We love talking Rat Terrier!!

10 This is six weeks after Wyatt's visit. Do you think I'm getting fat?	11 When Momma was a child, she would count the "spigots" and that's how many puppies she said there would be. TEN!!!! OH NO!!!!	12 I can't BELIEVE Mom wanted me in a show stack with this body?!?!?
13 It's now been seven weeks. I'm getting bigger.	14 In only two weeks these babies will be out in the world.	15 Where's my tuck?
16 Day 60/61. Amber isn't getting as fat as I was afraid of when she first started ballooning up.	17 But she is standing wide and waddling.	18 She has gained about one pound thirteen ounces ... about a 20% weight gain.
19 No milk yet.	20 Her stomach is HARD ... she's carrying those babies mighty tight.	21 MOM ... quit taking pictures of me in this condition!!!
22 Amber decided to sleep in the "holding box" for the puppies when they are born. 8/30/09	23	24

Oh my all I see are beautiful Amber and Wyatt puppies. I don't see any fat at all. I can't wait to see all those little muffins on the outside.
