Star Wars Celebration 4 Wow, BEST Celebration EVER!  What a way to spend our 1 year wedding anniversary (and thanks to those wished us a happy one while there). Wednesday - Arrive in LA and pick up our badges.  A group of us hit up Pink's Hotdogs for dinner. Thursday - We got in line at 8:30 and met some great people while in line.  I walked up and down it a few times because I was bored.  It was fun waiting in line talking to people, as well as walking up and down and meeting people who knew me from online :-D  Will and I ran inside and grabbed our exclusive Boba Fett Statue, walked around the con and were interviewed fro various media around the world (including Sirius Radio and G4) lol. Friday - I went casual in my Coruscant nightgown (Padme) to assist my friend Anu in her Naboo Robe and Nightgown.  Anu did such a fantastic job on her costume, it was hard to compete with all the other glorious gowns though :-)  Congrats to my friends who won! Saturday - I changed costumes 4 times!  I started the day as ANH Leia for the photoshoot in the morning, changed to Snowbunny for casual walking around, changed into normal clothes for a Sushi dinner with Friends, cahnged into Imperial Officer for the 501st shoot, and then into a skirted Officer for walking around.  Talk about a day! Sunday - The big day!  A year ago it was my wedding day with a dress I slaved over for about a year.  This year it was a costume contest with a dress I slaved on for over a year.  Even though someone else had my dress, I got there early to be first :-)  Her's was lovely too though.  Even though I didn't win, I was quite happy that a few of my friends did!  I stuck around after to grab photos with them and other friends - it was a TON of fun!  At C5 I'm going all out and winning - not saying what it's going to be though ;-) Monday - ahhh relaxation... sort of.  I wore my picnic dress and just casually threw my hair into a pony.  We saw SW in 30 minutes - FUNNY!  Afterwards we walked around a bit, said our goodbyes, and headed back to the hotel.  We had dinner with TFN'ers and poor Anu had a wee bit too much to drink so we skipped Spat(less) Con 3. 1 Weds - Our Home for a week, The Westin Bonaventure! 2 Just a few of us squeezed into the car to go to Pink's for dinner. 3 Pink's! 4 Thursday Princess Leia in the 'Senate Pod' thingies in the hotel.  These stuck out of the floor above the concierge 5 stories up! 5 Will as an Imperial Officer 6 A lovely Brown Battle Padme 7 Chef Darth with Braised Gungan Head! 8 9 This is us trying NOT to fall asleep so early in the morning as we waited in line. 10 11 12 Jara as Jaina and a Biker Scout 13 Jaina! 14 Cris and Kris!  Mother and Daughter lol. 15 Cris and Mike as Fel and Jaina 16 Darth Talon - this was the best one I saw all weekend! 17 18 19 20 21 Luke and Leia 22 23 The ladies of Star Wars! 24 Hellllllo Mara!  That's one friendly Luke lol. 25 Family Photo, watch out mom, Dad's got a lightsaber! 26 Anu and one of many Anakin's she had to have a photo with that week. 27 Nooooooooo!
