CBS Early Show (March 29, 2005)Early in the Morning Will and I trekked out to the CBS Early Show to get the word out about Katie Johnson. It was very cold, but it was fun talking to the other people in the crowd and talking to Dave the anchor man. We held a sign for Katie and even got the MObi-Wan Kenobi (the M&M) to take a picture with it :-D I wanted to get it signed by Dave and Anthony Daniels, but AD was rushed out and so was Dave :-( At least we got about 5-6 seconds of coverage, plus the information was said on air :-D More pics will be coming soon, but for now we only have the M&M and the sign.
Lots of people asked about Katie and how she was doing, hopefully they will visit her site and donate. |

Toys R Us Midnight Madness (April 1, 2005 at Midnight)| Midnight madness was a BLAST! I would like to thank Dion and Zippy for putting together this great event. We had so much fun last night. Quite a few of us will be on ESPN supporting the NBA and on TRL :-) I'm sure we'll end up in a few papers as well. The crowd was pretty large and VERY excited to be there. At midnight they let in groups of people to wait because of the rain, but the excitement wasn't dampened. We had a large turnout, about 55 costumed members from MEPA, the Rebel Legion, the NER, and The Jedi Assembly. I'm getting pumped for the movie and I can't wait :-D |

One Man Star Wars Show (August 9, 2005)| If you have not yet seen the One Man Star Wars show you NEED TO. It is the funniest thing I have seen in a long time, and gets funnier every time I see it. It's the original trilogy done without all the crap (okay, so there are a few ewoks, but not for long). Charlie does a fantastic job and he truely enjoys what he does. |
