Star Trek Discovery: Ensign Sylvia Tilly
This is an original concept of what my version of a Skant on the USS Discovery would look like. There is already one out there as worn by Commander Nhan. I designed this one as an homage to the TOS Skants from the 60's blended with the fine details of the Discovery Uniforms.
