This is the strange deck off of the back of the garage. It seems to have been used for an aviary. The deck itself is 18 x 15-1/2, plenty big enough for a storage building.

Another big boulder down near the bottom of the property. The total lot is 3.2 acres, much of which is on a very steep slope and not usable for much of anything except exploring.
