1 Meet Spencer.
2 Spencer was rescued April 14. The poor fellow was suffering from mange, kennel cough, respiratory infection, and emaciation.
3 He is about 2 years old and 15-1/2" tall at withers. He is now about 21 lbs.
4 He is now healthy, happy, loving, and very playful, both with dogs and with people. And he has been microchipped so him new family will be able to register him and help ensure his safety!
5 He loves to tussle with his foster brother, Andy (also a foster dog).
6 Begging for some tug of war.
7 Man! That dinner smells good! Spencer is often underfoot but he very seldom tries to get up to peek at what's on counter or tables.
