1 This 3-year-old girl was found by Animal Control, tied to an abandoned car bumper along with two other dogs. Neighbors said that the family had moved away and left the dogs with no food or water.
2 Samoa is a solid 16 lbs. and stands 14" tall.
3 She gets along great with the other dogs in her fosterhome. She was curious about the cat, but when it hissed at her, she backed off in alarm.
