This 3-year-old girl was found by Animal Control, tied to an abandoned car bumper along with two other dogs. Neighbors said that the family had moved away and left the dogs with no food or water.

Samoa is a solid 16 lbs. and stands 14" tall.

She gets along great with the other dogs in her fosterhome. She was curious about the cat, but when it hissed at her, she backed off in alarm.

Next to being in your lap, a belly rub is her preferred activity. And doesn't she have a gorgeous belly?

Hi Terry,

Looks like you have two real cuties...Tag and Samoa.  The video is so cute.  This little girl reminds me of our Tippy.
