1 Porscha is a very gentle soul who is lacking in confidence and needs reassurance about what a good girl she is.
2 And she is indeed a good girl. She is quiet, mild-mannered, and very, very loving.
3 At every opportunity, she will shyly seek out pats from men or women, boys or girls. She is not obnoxious or strident about it... just sweet and hopeful and persistent.
4 Porscha is about 2 years old. She weighs about 17 lbs., is 14" tall at the shoulder, and 14" long.
5 Porscha is housetrained, knows how to use a doggie door, and has good house manners... except she may snatch some tasty morsel off the table or counter if it's within her reach without anyone nearby to disapprove.
6 She gets along well with her canine fostersisters. When she has first met bigger dogs, however, she has growled some to let them know not to crowd her.
7 She really doesn't interact much with the other dogs in her fosterhome. Nor is she big on playing or cavorting around the yard. She doesn't chase balls or play tug of war but on a rare occasion she will enjoy a soft squeaky toy.
8 If there's a person with unoccupied lap or hands, Porscha is right there!
9 Trying to get her picture is hard because she insists on being right up on you.
10 If you squat down and turn away, don't ya know it... she'll come burrowing between your legs to seek out your attention!
11 But who could resist this gorgeous girl with the beautiful eyes and the gentle, loving heart?
I have been looking for the right rescue rat and porsha seems to have the right personality to get along with my rat Simon who I rescued 3 years ago. He also doesn't interact with other dogs to much and has a more quiet personality. I have filled out the application and I am VERY interested. Me and Simon will be driving thru Georgia The second week of April. If we are approved as the right home we would love to pick her up. Please consider us.

We have sent in adoption papers and this is one of the dogs we are looking at. We have a Jack Russell and our 13 year old American Toy Terrier just passed away.

Porsha is an Amazing dog! My dog of 14 years just passed away 3 months ago and The family is ready for the perfect addition, When she is ready I would really enjoy an e-mail updating on her, feel free to contact be before hand, I don't mind getting to know foster parents, because i know how important that is!
