1 This cutie patootie is Ouzo.
2 He is one year old.
3 Ouzo weighs 8 lbs.
4 He is a tiny bit shy at first, but warms up very quickly because he really likes people.
5 This is one face you do not lose in a crowd!
6 He gets along very congenially with other dogs.
7 He is just starting to work on his housetraining.
8 He has learned to use a doggie door and is quickly catching on to the concept that potty belongs outside only.
9 Ouzo is alert to goings-on around him, but a little tentative about new situations.

13 He likes playing with toys and will pounce on them with happy playfulness.
14 Ouzo does not yet know any obedience commands, but he is alert and interested when you talk to him, and does respond to vocalizations, so it's just going to be a matter of training and repetition.
15 He and his brother Cointreau had been abandoned by their owners, left in a pen in a backyard, fed when an elderly relative remembered to throw them table scraps.
16 Although they were inexperienced and a little unsure of themselves when they first got to foster care, they are adapting very quickly.

19 But even the cone of shame can't diminish Ouzo's cuteness!
20 Ouzo has found a good spot to enjoy nightly TV time.
