Lexus was adopted 1/26/06 and now lives with Mommy Natalie (Florida).

1 Lexus is a sweet 4-year old who was surrendered to a shelter when her family decided to move.
2 She is a Teddy-style Rat Terrier, meaning she has shorter legs. She weighs 12 lbs. but is only 10" tall.
3 Lexus has excellent house manners. She is very quiet and doesn't bother things that are not hers.
4 She is very people-oriented and is so appreciative of any attention you're willing to give her.
5 Lexus is housetrained and is now learning to use a doggie door.
6 She settles in comfortably on the couch, just wanting to be wherever the family is.
7 Although her face markings often make it look as though she is frowning, Lexus is delighted with any attention and loves to be in your lap or your arms.
8 She has a very distinctive white ring around her tail... which she wags a lot!
9 Lexus gets along wonderfully with the other dogs in her fosterhome and with the other dogs she has met at the vet and at PetSmart.
10 She doesn't really interact much with them, but she doesn't mind a bit being around them.
11 She likes to be outside on warm, sunny days, but is not a cold weather or rainy weather fan!
Happy to see so many folks interested in her. She deserves the best home you can offer her.

she is a beautiful little girl! I have a terrier mix that I rescued 5 years ago and I just love her so much! I would love to add Lexus to our family!

I love Lexus! She looks like she would fit in so well with my house and lifestyle and she would be so spoiled. I really am crossing my fingers and praying at night that she will be mine soon!!!! Im just so excited and look at her pictures all the time!
