1 Dacia (pronounced DAY' -sha) is a little cutie who is 9-12 months old.
2 Dacia stands almost 14" tall at the shoulders and is 12" long. She came to us a skinny 11.4 lbs. but is now almost 15 lbs., a better weight for her.
3 She is alert, affectionate, and very social. She enjoys being held and carried around. She is housetrained on a schedule and has learned to use a doggie door. She also is crate trained and quiet in her crate.
4 She is friendly to everyone she has met, and is full of kisses for everyone.
5 A wonderful snuggle bug.
6 Dacia is a great jumper and can scale a babygate with no problem. (She doesn't attempt the chainlink fence in the yard, though.)
7 She has learned an adorable trick: when you thump your chest, she will jump up into your arms. Click to see a video.
8 When she first meets new dogs, she can be rather "pushy" and overbearing. But after a few minutes she settles down and she actually gets along well with other dogs--as long as they aren't bothered by her wanting to play all the time.
9 She is playful and inquisitive about everything, includnig the trampoline. Click for a video of her bouncing on it. She gets on there about every time Holly is jumping.
10 Her favorite thing, though, is to be a cherished lap dog... of anyone who will sit still long enough to settle in.
11 If the humans won't accommodate, she'll "hang out" with the other dogs and curl up to nap with them.
12 This affectionate girl really wants a happy family to call her own.
