1 This is Cayenne.
2 She weighs almost 10 lbs.
3 Cayenne is 3 years old.
4 She is a sweet, affectionate, cuddly girl who wants to be in your lap whenever she can, and if she can't be in your lap, she will hang out nearby you.
5 Cayenne was seized as part of a court case because her former owners had too many animals and were not taking care of them properly.
6 She and 11 other rattie mixes were taken to a rural shelter.
7 Once we got her home, here, she was immediately a lot more comfortable.
8 Housetraining is first on the agenda. Because she gets along great with other dogs, she is happy to follow them outside when it's time to go, so we are getting on a good schedule.
9 She doesn't know any obedience commands yet, but her house manners are pretty good, as she doesn't try to get into things and is generally pretty quiet. She likes to follow you all around, though, constantly hoping for some attention.
10 She is totally at ease with other dogs and doesn't mind sharing space with them.
11 She likes hanging out with her foster brother, but they don't really play.
