1 Bo Jangles is a 9-mo-old boy who was evacuated from a Louisiana shelter after Hurricane Katrina.
2 He is about 12" tall, 14" long, and weighs 16 lbs.
3 Jango LOVES to play with the other dogs in his fosterhome. He will wrestle, chase, and play tug, and he is always gentle and good-natured.
4 And oh, boy, does this guy love belly rubs!
5 Jango is a dog lover's dream because he is so people-oriented and seeks out affection and attention. He loves to jump into your lap where you can't resist patting and hugging him, and he'll just snuggle in for the duration.
6 WARNING: His fur is so thick and soft, and his eyes are so warm and brown that the petting is addicting!
7 Although Jango is still a lively pup, he has a calmness and maturity about him. He'll voluntarily go in his crate and is content to be in there quietly. He quickly learned how to use the doggie door and hasn't had an accident in the house since his first day here.
8 He met cats at the vet's office and after a couple of curious sniffs, proceeded to ignore them completely.
9 What a happy boy.... both of them!
10 Jango is healthy, up-to-date on all vaccinations, neutered, on heartworm preventative, and microchipped.
11 He's just waiting for a warm, loving home to call his own.
I have a small Rat Terrier mix we rescued from St. Croix. She recently lost her buddy our 11 year old Lab. Looking to find a friend for her. We also have a small bird and 4 llamas and 3 small goats. How do you think this guy would do with them? So far ny family likes Jangles the best from our web search. This is the best dog description I have seen so far. good job.
