Tilt and swivel main flash, with manual zoom. Tilting catchlight as well. A white reflector was included for the catchlight. (I MAY still have it.)
Note the switchable foot... this one is for a Ricoh SLR.

Switchable full, half and quarter power. Slider under the LCD allows for ISO 50, 100, 200, 400 and 1000 settings. With the Auto/manual switch on the lower right, you can pick your f-stop as well. The test flash gives 1/4 power (to save juice), then the internal meter converts it up and gives you a confirmation through the LEDs. The LEDs also give confirmation after a shot.
The lowest-right switch allows the main or both flashes to fire.
A beautiful design — and I don't think it cost much more than $100 new in the early 80s. The designers really thought this out well.
