What a day! The week had been clear and cold, so the field was pretty well frozen — but not declared closed... so we played. By game time, the snow had started falling pretty seriously. Footing was treacherous.
They got 4 early (and some lucky) goals before we figured out how to work the ball. From then on, we had a lot of the play but we couldn't put the ball in the net. 4-0 final, called after the required 60 minutes to make it official.
Brian's girlfriend, Ashleigh Walker, took a lot of the shots. Some nice ones when people were on the ground.
